Our unique Pulse Pileup Recovery™ technology, handles high count-rate applications with ease and delivers faster, more accurate material analysis and classification. Toro™ employs non-linear digital signal processing to ensure the optimal signal to noise ratio. This unique approach almost entirely eliminates the effects of pulse pile-up, enabling accurate radiation detection and measurement at count rates up to 2,500 kc/s.

Pulse Pileup Recovery™ technology dramatically increases measurement efficiency by decoding the vital information contained within pileup events. Even in environments of high radiation flux, very little data is rejected, resulting in dramatic increases measurement efficiency and negligible data corruption.
