A Kelpie is a water demon living in Britain and Ireland. He is able to take any form he wants but he usually appears as a horse with a mane made of rushes. After luring an unwary traveller onto his back, the Kelpie drag him underwater and eat him. He can be mastered with a Placement Charm and by putting him a bridle over his head. Kelpie hair can be used as a wand core.
