Educational Decree 24

Passed on October 7th, following (an indeed in response to) the primary meeting of Dumbledore’s Army in the Hog’s Head in Hogsmeade. This decree disbanded all student clubs, teams, societies and organisations with immediate effect. Such groups could only be reformed with the permission of the esteemed High Inquisitor herself. Any students defying the decree were to be expelled.
