Educational Decree 26

Passed on January 15th 1996. This followed the mass breakout of Death Eaters from Azkaban and prevented teachers from giving students any information which was not related to the subjects they taught. This resulted in the teachers no longer feeling able to discuss anything at all in the staff room, and they were frequently to be found holding clandestine whispered conversations in the corridors.
