Educational Decrees

Following her appointment as Hogwarts High Inquisitor (a post created through the passing of Educational Decree Number 23), Professor Umbridge passed a serious of further Decrees limiting the rights of the pupils to do anything at all that they like. In fact, the trouble all started a little earlier than that, with Educational Decree Number 22 actually allowing Umbridge into the school in the first place.
