Location: Radio City Music Hall, New York City, NY
When: August 1st and 2nd at 7:30pm
Tickets: SOLD OUT! Prices are below:

  • Prime Orchestra: $100.00
  • Side/Rear Orchestra: $75.00
  • First Mezzanine (Front): $100.00
  • First Mezzanine (Rear): $50.00
  • Second Mezzanine: $25.00
  • Third Mezzanine: $12.50

There is a maximum of eight tickets per purchase. People attending the event must be at least eight years of age.

VIP Seats: A limited number of "Family Packages" at $1,000 per package are available for each night and include four premium orchestra seats, and three signed books – one from each author – per package.

General Info:

Authors JK Rowling, Stephen King and John Irving will be at the event reading selections from their own works. The evenings will benefit two non-profit organizations: The Haven Foundation, which helps performing artists whose accidents or illnesses have left them uninsured and unable to work; and Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), an independent international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.

Jo is making her first visit to the United States since 2000. Here's what she had to say:

"For me, this was a unique opportunity to raise money for two great, important causes, read to American fans for the first time in six years and get to meet and read alongside Stephen King and John Irving. Stephen pretended to be in suspense about my answer, but frankly, this was easily one of the most enticing propositions ever put to me in an envelope."

Press Conference:

JK Rowling, Stephen King, and John Irving will be holding a press conference at 10 AM on August 1st at Radio City Music Hall. MuggleNet will be in attendance to report on what is discussed.
