If two wands with core made of the same materials for example two wands
made from the heartstrings of the same dragon came into contact would
they also have Priori Incantatem? Because if that was the case wouldn't
the phenomenon be more common? Or is it just because of Fawke's feather
in Harry and Voldemort's that creates the phenomenon? Perhaps it's due
to the connection that is shared between Harry and Voldemort that
magnifies the whole effect that the two 'brother' wands have on each
other.

If two wands whose core comes from the exact same creature interact, the
effects of Priori Incantatatem will surely take place. Actually, and
Ollivander made a point of this, it is very rare for one creature to give
its essence more than once. This may be horribly wrong...but maybe the
creature dies when this extraction takes place. That would explain why
Fawkes was able to give two feathers and why the event of Priori
Incantatem is extraordinarily rare. But that's just fun speculation and
I'm afraid I can't back it up in the slightest.
And yes, the sharing of the blood between Voldemort and Harry did magnify
this effect - (for example the incident in "The Seven Potters" chapter).
That sequence was beyond the norm for even Priori Incantatem!
