Explain what we're seeing in this icon:
The picture is of Ron, it was originally from when he was getting his dance lessons but once I removed McGonagall from the picture it seems to change completely. He just looks so sad. I put 'love' because I see it as him without Hermione... which we all know is going to happen.
What programs did you use to make it?
Photoshop CS2
How long have you been working on icons?
Just over a year, I'd made a few bad ones in MS Paint before that but only really started when I was given Photoshop 6 by a teacher of mine.
What was the process involved in the conception and creation of this
icon?
I made this a while ago, but I'll try my best to remember. Let's see, first I got a screen cap from Harry Potter Hollywood - After looking through I finally found the one I wanted of Ron. After getting the image to the right size I had to get rid of what could still be seen of McGonagall. So I erased everything but Ron and then pasted him onto a different part of the same picture.Then I spent some time changing the lighting and making the picture sharper. I don't pay much attention to this I just experiment until I get the right look.Once I had all this done I added the writing that is too small to read with a brush from deviantART (sorry I don't remember which it was) and finally the word 'love' with the scriptina font.
Is there somewhere that we can find more of your icons?
I haven't got a lot posted in one place, I have a few on LivejournalIcons. I wanted to start an LJ for my icons but I'm hopeless at them.
Do you have any advice for icon artists that want to make icons of
your caliber?
I was lucky, I've always wanted to make something like this but only had MS Paint, which is useless. I have a very kind teacher who gave me a copy of Photoshop 6 and soon after CS2. All I've ever done is experiment with the program to see what works and what doesn't. My addiction is using brushes that I've downloaded.

As for the movies I have to say GOF,though from the looks of things OOTP will soon be my new favorite (it comes out around my birthday,so it already rocks)

My top 4 (in no order) would be Luna, Sirius, Ron and Draco.
Which house would you hope to be sorted into?
Ravenclaw.
Is there anything interesting about yourself that is worth
mentioning?
I don't have much of a life outside of school, but something interesting about me is
that I have to wait 5 years to meet the person I love who lives 3,322 miles away.
Currently however, my time is spent online or talking to her on the phone.
