• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup butter
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 TBSP vanilla extract
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 bag of dark chocolate chips


Ingredients For Topping:

• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 3 cups of cool whip
• 1-2 TBSP os cocoa powder (depends on how chocolaty you want it)
• 2 TBSP powdered sugar
