This year, the United States is having one of its most important Presidential elections yet. Here on MuggleNet, we wanted to get in on the action - but take it from a Potter perspective! We know that Kingsley is the current minister since we last heard from JK Rowling, but we want to know what would happen if fans were given the choice.

Over the last few weeks, YOU have taken the first steps towards electing a new Minister of Magic.

MuggleNet's team selected eight candidates for election, and you have gotten it down to the final two! The results of your voting can be seen below. Final voting for the Minister of Magic started at 12:01 AM EST on November 4th (today) and will run until midnight tonight!

Visit the Election Finals page using the link at the top of this page. They currently have candidate bios, policy initiatives and their own respective Twitters, where you can follow them using your own account to help you choose who to vote for! You can also use the "Polling Center" link to access polling results from The Daily Prophet and The Quibbler.
