Goblet of Fire Fan Reviews

Okay, I'm not going to give you the whole movie, because I don't have the time or the patience to write the whole movie play by play. I'm just going to give you the low down on the actors, how the plot is broken down, various scenes, ect, ect.

Dan Radcliffe- He was AMAZING! He took the emotions and brought so much more to the table, and I give him props. The only problem with him is that HE
CAN'T CRY! At the end when he is over Cedric's body, he's crying, and as my friend Stephanie said "It looks like he is trying to swallow a quater!" He couldn't cry, its that plain and simple.

Rupert Grint- I'm a huge fan of Rupert Grint, especially in this movie, he was HILAROUS! At some points he sucked donkey butts, but besides that he was AWESOME! The only problem I had with him is his hair, but hey who dosen't?

Emma Watson- Her eyebrows do more acting than she does, atleast thats what one of my peers said about her, and I must agree. I'm glad we see a little
bit more of book smarts Hermornie, but I must say, she was great. She looked fantastic in the Yule Ball scene so I give props of her make-up an hair
stylist.

Brendan Gleeson- He made the corny glass eye not seem so corny! HE WAS THE BEST! I seriously didn't thin he would do such a good job as Mad-Eye, but he was great, he took crazy to a whole other level, and for that I give him props.

Ralph Fiennes- At firt, when you see Lord Voldermort, you say to yourself that isn't Ralph Fiennes, but later if you look at his eyes you know its
him. I wouldn't cast anyone else to be Lord Voldermort, Ralph Fiennes amazed me. I thought this was a diffcult role for any actor to play, but he nailed it, he knew the character so well that he took it above and beyond.

Miranda Richardson- I couldn't ask for a better Rita Skeeter. I'm a little disappointed that we don't see more of her, she really did deserve more that what she was given.

Matthew Lewis- Three Words, Hilarous!

Katie Leung- I LOVE her accent, and I think she did an amazing job playing Cho Chang.

Robert Pattinson- This guy fit the image and the character of Cedric Diggory so well, that I wasn't as disappointed as I thought I would be.

James and Oliver Phelps- HILAROUS!

Robbie Coltrane- I'm never disappointed in him playing Hagrid. Especially him and Madem Maxine moments, he did it so well, along with Frances de la Tour.

Clèmence Poèsy and Stanislav Ianevski: Both had small parts but were really good.

Roger Lloyd-Pack- He SUCKED. I have nothing good to say about this guy, he killed Barty Crouch Sr. character so bad that he made a grave and a gravestone already. He sucked hard core.

Tome Felton- Can't say much about him, he was okay, but in this movie he didn't have much of a role.

Michael Gambon- I hated him, I literally did not like him at all in this movie, I really do prefer Richard Harris that Michael Gambon. He wa violent, and he just wasn't the Dumbledore I like to see him pla.

Thats about it with characters.

The begining, with the snake crawling up to the Riddle's house was very dark and creepy, it really brought the mood of the movie into place. Then the caretacker going up to see what is going on up in the house, it was all suttle and dark, and when Voldermort kills to the kettle going crazy, you know that something bad has happened.

We then go straight to Harry already at the Weasly's with Hermornie waking the up. This part was the first bit of humor in the movie. Ron covering himself up so Hermornie can't see what he wears to sleep. Very funny. We then go straight to the Portkey scene, but first meet up with Amos and Cedric Diggory, the portkey was awesome, I thought it was. Props to special affects. They reach the Quidditch World Cup, have an encounter with the Malfoy's. Find their place, watch as the Irish and Bulgarians enter. THen they go straight to Fred and George dancing. Mr. Weasly comes in tells everyone to hurry up and get out. THe fire and Death Eater scene was
brillant, I must say it was giving us a heads up for the next couple of movies, and the end of this movie. Obviously Harry faints, when he wakes up everything is black, and he sees Barty Crouch Jr., Barty Crouch Jr. is making the Drak Mark. When finish, he was going to go up to Harry, who moved behind something, when Ron and Hermornie are shouting his name. They, along with Barty Crouch Sr., and others, who were probably Aurors, Harry told them, that he saw a figure in the dark over there, they saw the Dark Mark. They run in that direction, Hermornie and Ron take Harry away.

They are back to Hogwarts, alls happy. Dumbledore explains Triwizard Tournament, first enters the Beauxbatons and then Durmstrang, they each do this awesome show, they sit down. Students start to put their names in the Goblet, this is obviuosly a couple days after. Fred and George do this funny thing to try and enter their names in the Goblet, obviously it backfires, everyone laughs. Krum puts his mane after the laugh is over, he looks a Hermornie laughing, has a moment moves on. Everyone cheers as Cedric puts his name in the Goblet.

The four champions are chosen, everyone is surprised about Harry, he himslef is shocked. Dumbledore attacks him in the other room, very un-Dumbledore of him. He asks Harry if he put his name, Harry says no. The teachers have a conference, whether or not to let Harry play, Crouch Sr. says its in the rules he must play.

Harry and Ron's fight, suckish, but it wasn't that bad. It wasn't much of anything, they argue, they go to bed, alls bad in the wizarding world. There is then the Sirius scene, the ferret scene, that stupid arguement where Harry is to Ron "I don't want to talk to you" or something like that, well you don't have to tell him that! Then we reach the only class scene in the movie, and it was very.... informative. I thought they did a great job producing that scene, very well done. That spider seriously scared the hell
out of me. Hagrid shows Harry the dragons, the whole owl scene, pointless I must say.

We finally reach Task numero uno. That was probably the best out of all the task, I think it was so much better than underwater scene, which many people say is the best. Their is the Hermornie Harry scene, they hug, Rita Skeeter get her next headline. Krum says his only line in the movie, Krum and Hermornie have a moment, its gone, when Dumbledore, Crouch Sr., Karkoff, and Maxine come in. The four champions pick dragon, obviously Harry picks... HUNGARIAN HORNTAIL! We don't see the other three try to get the egg. Its finally Harry's turn, he goes out, looks aroung dosen't see dragon, until it almost kills him. Harry starts running, yell accio broom, takes a couple of mintues, broom comes. Whole crowd cheers "GO HARRY!"; Harry flys to get the egg, but that dragon won't stop breathing fire, he flies high up, dragon
breaks chains, they fly all over the place. Harry falls forty feet, looses his broom, gets his broom, drops another forty feets, looses his broom again, gets it back, starts flying, crowd is wondering where the hell they went. Hagrid sees Harry, dragon close behind, Harry grabs egg, all ends.

Gets back to common room, lets his ego get to him, asks crowd if he should open the egg, he does loud screeching noise comes out, everyone starts to scream, closes the egg. Ron and him make up, there is some humor, everything is fine. We are then introduced to the dance practice with McGonagall. They talk about dancing, Ron is asked to be an example, then the where? scence, more humor between the twins and everyone else in there. Harry asks Cho to go to the ball with him, okay, yeah right, she says no, politely, there is the scene when Snape starts hitting people with books, mainly Ron and Harry. Hermornie yells at Ron, tells him she has a date. Harry is in the common room all depressed, when Ron walks in after being rejected from Fleur, (who later marries Bill, who else besides me, finds that wrong?) Anyway, Harry finds the Patil sisters, they got dates. Alls good. Its Yule Ball time, everyone looks fantastic, the scenery is fantastic, hell the whole freakin' scene was great! They dance everyone is happy. Then we get the fast pace music, Flitwick crowd surfing, Harry and Ron are watching Krum and Hermornie dance, the Patil sisters are bored. Hermornie comes and goes talk to them when Krum gets some punch for her, huge argument, everyone is pissed off except Harry. Afterwards they show a sweet scene with Neville and Ginny (cute!) Ron and Hermornie have this arguement scene, which was really pointless, Hermornie is crying on the stairs, who knows where Krum went?!?! Hermornie is now alone on the stairs...crying (teen drama!)

We reach second task, Cedric tells Harry had to open the egg, since he told him about the dragons, a Moaning Myrtle scene (that scene makes it a PG-13 movie). Neville gives Harry the gilly weed. The whistle blows everyone gracefully dives into the water, while Harry just plunges, as he holds onto his neck. Harry is the first to the people, waits for Krum and Cedric, but saves Gabrielle and Ron, as they wait for Harry above water, Neville says the funniest line. Harry lets go of Ron and Gabrielle, they float upward, Harry is attacked by grindylows, he escapes them, he surfaces, he is recieved second place for heoric deeds, FLeur kisses him, he is happy, and the world is at peace... for now.

After a scene or two the third task comes, it was short and sweet, Fleur and Viktor, are pushed aside, Harry and Cedric run to get the cup, Cedric is captured by weeds, Harry chooses to save Cedric, they both take the cup, they both are sent to the graveyard. Cedric is killed after a light conversation between Wormtail and Voldy. Harry, is now against the gravestone of the Marvolo's, Voldy is brought alive, he then takes a wand sticks into Wormtail, a bunch of Death Eaters come. Voldy yells that they were a disgrace, the show Malfoy, then he turns to Harry, he tells him to battle him, at first he hides, but then they both yell a spell at the same time, ghosts come out. Lily and James tell Harry to let go, Cedric says to bring his body back. He does what he is told, and is imediatly broghtback to the entrance of the maze, once he touches the cup. At first everyone cheers, ya, go Cedric go Harry. Slowly do they realize that Cedric's dead, Dumbledore or Moody try to pry Harry off of the body, he won't let go. Amos Diggory is crying his eyes out, Moody prys Harry off the body, and brings him back to Hogwarts.

Moody then transformto Crouch Jr. Dumbledore comes as he is about to kill Harry, they give him a potion, he tells the truth, they open the box, we see Mad Eye Moody. At the end their is the speech by Dumbledore about Cedric. Very sad. Then their is the corny ending when we see everybody leave, and Hermornie, Ron, and Harry watch the carrige and ship leave.

Okay, thats a brief summary, now about the scenes.

The begining was very fast pace, which I din't like very much, but I delt with it. What bugged me about the tent scene is that Harry wouldn't move, he just stood there while everyone ran, screaming therir heads off. I was also disappointed in that they didn't show more of the Quidditch World Cup, I mean a little action. The Dark Mark was done very well, it wasn't what I expected, but it was done very, very well.

Harry and Ron's fight was very weak, it sucked half of the time, it was like fighting against a breeze was harder, than there fight, I didn't like it at all. The first task was AWESOME! It had to be my favorite task, it was intese, scary, and great special affects. Harry's ego came out a little bit, as he was greeted in the common room. The make up between Harry and Ron was funny.

Yule Ball, fantastic, hands down my favorite scene, it was magnificant! Flitwick crowd surfing was so funny! What I didn't like about the Yule Ball, at the end was when Ron and Hermornie argued, and I'm like where did that come from?

Second task awesome, wouldn't change anything about it, with the budget they had I understand why it was as good, but the mermaids and everything was awesome. Neville hilarous, he has a bigger part in this movie than he does in the others.

Third task sucked noogies, okay. It was the lamest thing ever, intense, yes, lamest, yes, stupid, hell ya! I hated it, Cedric getting attacked by weeds, it was like ATTACK OF THE GARDENS! It was really bad, I wish it was better.

Graveyard scene, probably the darkest scene in the whole movie, I loved how they did it. It was silent, creepy, dark, and wicked awesome! It was perfect just how I imagine it. The emotion when her brings Cedirc back is great, that end portion is probably the best part of the movie.

The end, like the way end, when everyone was leaving, was corny, I mean I have never seen a cornier ending to an action pack movie, especially Harry Potter, I seriously thought that CoS had a one of the worse way endings than any other Harry Potter film, I was wrong.

Humor, was very big in this movie, and I'm glad it was, I love the humor, it brought a lighter side to the whole film which was awesome. The acting, varied through person and scene, some sucked, some didn't. All that I really have to say about the acting is that its better than PoA. The whole movie in general made was mcuh better than PoA. I hated that movie, and I'm glad that this movie made up for that.

Thats basically it!
