Oddities and Coincidences

We realize that we are probably overanalyzing some things with this page, but we saw several running bits in the books that we thought were worth mentioning. We also had fun pouring through the books searching them out.

Beware, spoilers abound!

Long Fingers -- Voldemort, Dumbledore, Snape, Mr. Ollivander, Sibyll Trelawny, Dobby and Goblins are all frequently described as having long fingers (Voldemort's are described as "unnaturally" long). Could long fingers be a sign of magical power?

Other Oddities -- In the "enormous, old" reference book where Flamel is mentioned, it says that he was 665 years old as of "last year." That means he was the big 666 when the book was published.

If you have found any oddities or coincidences please send them to Ryan and they will be featured here.
