ONE: How is the third film going? Anything interesting you can reveal?
Emma Watson: All that I can tell you is we're all very excited about the shooting and that all is going very well. Daniel has especially loved doing the scenes with the hippogriff. As for me, settling my accounts with Malfoy was a real pleasure. I think the fans will appreciate it too.

ONE: Can you tell us your relations with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint? What are they to you...really?
EW: More than friends, they've become like brothers. Or sisters, I don't know... [laughing] In fact, I don't see them like normal boys. I mean, I cannot imagine myself going out with one of them. For me, they are like my best friends (in a feminine way). I can laugh and talk about anything with them without feeling nervous. I really like them a lot.

ONE: How would you react if Hermione suddenly fell in love with Ron or Harry? You would be obliged to kiss Daniel or Rupert on the screen.
EW: I really sincerely hope that J.K. Rowling wouldn't do that to me! [laughing] Even if movies kisses have nothing in common with real kisses, I would be terribly embarrassed all the same. But I would be very surprised if something like that happened. I cannot see Hermione going out with one or the other. In any case, it's not in my contract...so, if I have to kiss one of them, I'll resign! [laugh]

ONE: If Hermione doesn't fall in love with Ron or Harry, whom do you see her with?
EW: I hope she doesn't get with anybody! If she had to have a crush on a guy, I think he would have to be very serious, very academic. Why not a Hogwarts' teacher? I think that would be appropriate for her character. But she would definitely be embarrassed with the age difference.

ONE: What do you think about the person Hermione is evolving in to? Do you think she is becoming more like you as the movies go on, or is it the opposite?
EW: I think Hermione's character is becoming more likeable as she grows up. First of all, she's less and less concerned with rules. She's not as obsessed by homework and school success, she's less stressed. In this way, she is becoming more like me. So it's easier for me to be my character.

ONE: In "Chamber of Secrets", Hermione had a very important role in uncovering the mystery, almost as important as Ron or Harry. Do you think that will it hold the same in future movies?
EW: As I was saying, Hermione has changed a lot, and she holds great surprises for us. Even she's still very serious, she's less and less timid and don't hesitate to follow Ron and Harry when they set off on their adventures.

ONE: How much has your life changed since you won the part of Hermione?
EW: My life hasn't actually changed so much as I imagined it would. When the first movie came out, I though nothing would be the same after...I would begin a new life. It was scaring me, in fact. The biggest change is that I'm always far away from home, because we are often abroad for the movie promotion, giving interviews, taking promotional pictures, etc. But that doesn't bother me, it's a part of the job. As for my private life, I have the same friends, but now they see me as the most famous witch in the world, and that's not an easy position to assume. [laugh]
