Potter Profile - Amrutha

March 25, 2006

Give us your review of Half-Blood Prince.
Half-Blood Prince is a really cool book from starting to end. Harry's destination is clearly defined and Rowling has given her readers a clear idea about how the 7th book will be. The characters in the black like Snape & Malfoy who were just goofing around Harry have come up with their real motivation and in the whole Rowling hasn't left any mystery about anybody in general.

Did you like the fourth movie or not and why?
I loved the fourth movie. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint have grown along with the book and the storyline was also up to the mark. The best scene was the duel between Harry and Voldemort. However, those who did not read the Goblet of Fire might have found it difficult to understand the movie especially the part about Barty Crouch, his son and the whole game of Polyjuice Potion.

If you could spend the day as one EVIL character from the books, who would it be?
Lord Voldemort, of course. Such a powerful, mysterious and cold character!

Which GOOD character would you want to be for a day?
Hermione Granger. She's really helpful, smart and talented. She knows what she is doing.

If you could have any magical power what would it be?
I should like to possess the power of speaking to the dead.

What is your favourite moment of the series so far?
In Prisoner of Azkaban when Harry spells out Expecto Patronum on the Dementors to save Sirius and when Harry and Hermione travel back in time using the time turner.

Is Snape REALLY good or evil and is Dumbledore REALLY dead?
Snape is evil and will be evil forever. I wouldn't count on the fact that Dumbledore will rise from his grave unless he has a Horcrux like Voldemort.

Will Harry survive the 7th book?
Technically no. Because to destroy a devil form like Lord Voldemort is no child's play. So Harry will die. It marks a strong ending for the book too.

Do you have anything else you'd like to add? Maybe a theory you've concocted, a shout-out?
The seventh Potter book will be promising. Harry Potter rocks! According to my theory, Harry will carry out his mission in finding the Horcruxes and destroy them one by one. At last his final encounter with Voldemort will be the end but still the evil is not completely destroyed.

Think my name's funny, do you? No need to ask who you are. My father told me all the Weasleys have red hair, freckles and more children than they can afford.
