What is your favorite Harry Potter book and why?
I love all five of the books, but if I had to choose one it would definitely be Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I love the whole idea of the Triwizard Tournament, and the fact that you get to meet students from schools in other countries. I think that it has some of the darkest, and also some of the funniest scenes in all of the books. The end truly shocked me, probably because it was the first direct death in the series, and even though it wasn’t as sad as the death of Sirius, I was more surprised. All in all, Goblet of Fire is the book that kept me most excited all the way through!

Did you like the third movie or not and why?
It’s not that I hated the third movie, but I wasn’t very happy with it. I thought that they left out some very key parts, like who the marauders are. I think that if I hadn’t read the books I wouldn’t have followed the story very well, because it moves at a really fast pace and doesn’t explain a lot of things. I also strongly disliked the scene where Hermione punches Draco (it should have been a slap!), and I think that they should have been wearing their Hogwarts robes. However, that aside, I must have not hated it that much…I bought the DVD on the very first day!

If you could spend the day as one character from the books, who would it be?
I would be happy to spend a day at Hogwarts as any person just to be there, but if I got to choose I think that I would want to be Hermione. I like her character a lot, and she has lots of classes so I would get to experience a lot of magic. Also, I must add, hopefully by the time I would switch places with her, she and Ron would finally be going out…and he is my favorite character! You gotta love Ron! :D

A What do you think of all this "relationship" arguments about who will end up with who, etc.?
I think that the ideal relationships would be Ron and Hermione, and Harry and Ginny. That way if both couples got married, they would all be one big happy family! However, I am not sure if that is very likely. I am almost positive that Ron and Hermione will end up together, but I am not so sure about Harry. He has been too stuck on Cho (who he will NOT end up with!) to really look much at anyone else, so almost everyone is fair game at this point. I could see if being Ginny…or maybe even Luna! I am not so sure about him at this point.

What is your favorite moment of the series so far?
There have been soooo many parts of Harry Potter that I absolutely adore, but my number one part would have to be the Yule Ball. I am not so sure why I love that part so much…maybe it is because it is so different from everything else in the series, maybe its because the whole thing with Harry and Ron trying to find dates is funny, but its probably because it made me one hundred percent sure that Ron and Hermione liked each other. For whatever reason, the Yule Ball scene never fails to put a smile on my face.

Who do you think the Half-Blood prince is?
I really and truly think that the half blood prince is someone that we have not yet met. I don’t see it being anyone that’s been in the series so far. If it is someone that’s in the first five books, it will probably be a minor character. Most likely, it’s someone totally new.

I would just like to say thank you to J.K. Rowling for writing the best books that I have ever read, and thank you to Mugglenet for the most awesome site. I visit it daily! Also, hey to Kelsey…I’m glad that I have gotten you to like Harry Potter as much as I do! ^_^
