Potter Profile - Matthew

Give us your review of Half-Blood Prince.
I enjoyed Half-Blood Prince the most because it was really more mature than the rest, and had more mystery than the others. Though I could argue that it was my least favorite because Mr. Dumbledore perished, and he was my favorite character.
It's much better than the rest because it's more mature and adult, and has much more mystery that all combines and intertwines to create one slammin' novel.
Did you like the third movie or not and why?
Absolutely! It was more magical in my opinion than the other two, and really had a larger sense of maturity than the others. Though there were some unneeded parts (like the Shrunken Head, sure, but he was a laugh!) but it was an overall, a really good film.
From what you've seen in the trailer, how to you think the Goblet of Fire movie will turn out?
I think Goblet of Fire is going to be the best yet, no doubts.
If you could spend the day as one character from the books, who would it be?
Hmm, I would say Dumbledore because he's my favorite character, but now that I think of it…his day could be incredibly boring to me. I'm not one to sit behind a desk pondering about essence…I'm going to have to select Mr. Snape, because I really like sneaking (Hey, I'm an avid Paintballer, and I prefer sneak attacks instead of going nuts with a full auto.) around, though I don't like being a double-agent, because I'd crack under that kind of pressure.
What is your favorite moment of the series so far?
The battle between Voldemort and Dumbledore at the end of Order of the Phoenix, but I was really hoping for Dumbledore to stick around and have a massive showdown in Book 7 where he takes out fifty Death Eaters with a single punch, then proceeds to battle Voldemort to the death.
Is Snape REALLY good or evil and is Dumbledore REALLY dead?
Snape…I'm pretty sure he's good, and that Dumbledore is really dead. I completely agree with the MuggleCast gang when they talked about this. Kudos to them.
Will Harry survive the 7th book?
As of now, I don't think so. He just isn't powerful enough. I mean, sure he has love, but since when can you kill with love? It isn't one of those psychedelic DragonBallZ things that my brother watches.
Do you have anything else you'd like to add? Maybe a theory you've concocted, a shout-out?
I'd like to thank the Academy, and my agent, and the director, and Greg for giving me this opportunity! MuggleCast pretty much sums up every theory I have, so if you want to hear mine, listen to them :P
