“Potter” stars’ “Paddington” statues help raise over $1.4 million for charity!

We previously posted that "Potter" stars Emma Watson and Julie Waters, as well as British audiobook narrator Stephen Fry, had designed bears for the Paddington Trail, a charity effort where celebrities designed bears that were placed around London and later auctioned for charity. In December, "Potter" producer David Heyman, who also served as the producer for "Paddington", hosted an auction at Christie's to auction off 15 of these lively statues to benefit the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. An additional online auction was also hosted, together raising over $1.4 million for the charity. Read More »
