Rowling Tells New York She “Married Harry”

J.K. Rowling completed her first of two readings earlier today at Carnegie Hall in New York City. After reading from the seventh Potter book, she answered 12 pre-selected questions from eager students, including if she could marry one person in the series, who it would be. According to Bloomberg News:

I actually married Harry Potter. My husband’s here, and if you have seen a photo of my husband, I think Harry Potter will look like that once he hits a certain age.

She also replied to questions concerning Ron and Draco.

Additionally, to encourage young readers, Scholastic is donating 5,000 copies of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone to New York City schoolchildren.
