Dinah Bucholz Makes Treacle Tart

MuggleNet’s “Rosmerta’s Recipes” section is relaunching its biweekly recipe feature. What better way to kick it off than with a special look at one of Harry’s favorite desserts: treacle tart. Dinah Bucholz published a video of herself making treacle tart to her YouTube page in 2010, two months after the release of her book: The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. Dinah notes in the recipe that treacle tart is Harry’s favorite dessert. Unfortunately, we don’t have Dinah’s recipe in full here on MuggleNet, but you can pick up a copy of her book to enjoy this and many other recipes from Harry’s world.
