Wrockfest 2012 has been officially cancelled – registrations to be refunded

There is some disappointing news tonight as it was just announced that Wrockfest in the Forest of Dean scheduled for October 12 – 15 in Greensboro, North Carolina has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers control.

Organizers will be working with the individual registrants over the next several weeks to refund fees; however, other expenses incurred will not be able to be refunded.

There is an investigation to possibly holding a smaller, informal gathering in the area of Greensboro, North Carolina that same weekend, but nothing is official at this time. Information for this will be posted on the Wrockfest in the Forest of Dean website if something is arranged.
