Accio Holiday Gifts! Warner Bros. unwraps online ‘Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide’

by Keith Hawk · November 20, 2012

Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) announced today the Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide, an artistically illustrated digital catalog designed to offer Muggles the chance to shop for all of their Harry Potter presents in one place. The digital catalog will be available starting November 20 on www.harrypotter.com/giftguide and via the Harry Potter Facebook page.

With offerings from a variety of world-class licensees including Noble Collection, Gentle Giant, Bioworld, Rubie’s Costume Co., Elope, Insight Editions, The Printorium, Tonner Doll and Mead, among many others, the Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide features a plethora of Harry Potter-inspired apparel, prop replicas, collectibles, toys, publishing products, and much more. Each product image functions as an intuitive hyperlink that directs users to the purchase point, giving all Muggles access to their own personal Diagon Alley.

“Just in time for the holidays, the Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide gives fans the chance to browse through a great selection of Harry Potter offerings and instantly connect with the products they want,” said Karen McTier, executive vice president, Domestic Licensing and Worldwide Marketing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “It’s as easy as waving a wand.”

Designed by MinaLima, the creative design team behind the aesthetic elements of the Harry Potter films, the Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide has eight themed sections with tailored offerings. Would-be Hogwarts students can purchase ties, robes, hats, and iPhone cases with the colors and crests of their favorite houses from the “Houses of Hogwarts” section, and fans who wish to show their allegiance to the Dark Lord can select from a multitude of offerings in the “Dark Arts” section.

Great stocking-stuffers can be found on “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” page; and prized collectibles in the “Harry Potter Special Collection.” The catalog also offers an access point to buy tickets for Harry Potter: The Exhibition, a touring, interactive museum attraction featuring props, artifacts and costumes from the films, now in New York City’s Discovery Times Square.

Be sure to get all of your Harry Potter gifts from the Harry Potter Holiday Gift Guide by Warner Bros.
