Warwick Davis stars in third series of ‘An Idiot Abroad’ on Sky 1 HD

by Keith Hawk · November 15, 2012

As we previously reported, actor Warwick Davis will be joining show host Karl Pilkington in the latest three-part installment of the popular Sky 1 travel program An Idiot Abroad.

Following Karl and Warwick as they recreate Marco Polo’s epic 5,000 mile journey from Venice to Eastern Europe, India, and China, An Idiot Abroad will see the “chalk and cheese” pair experience new cultures and enjoy old traditions in the “trip of a lifetime.” The show will also reveal Warwick’s varying experiences of being a small person in different cultures.

Warwick Davis commented in an article by Digital Spy, “I have so many amazing memories of my travels with Karl; the people we met and the cultures we experienced. My eyes were opened to the diversity and beauty of our world. I am really proud of the show, and can’t wait to share it with the viewers of Sky 1 HD.”

An Idiot Abroad 3 begins on Friday, November 30 at 9 p.m. on Sky 1 HD.

Will you be tuning in to witness Warwick on his travels?
