Ovation will premiere A Young Doctor’s Notebook in October

Daniel Radcliffe’s UK series, A Young Doctor’s Notebook, is set to debut in America on Ovation on October 2 as a weekly series. The series proved to be a hit last year in the UK, becoming the highest-rated program ever for Sky Arts network.

Adapted into a television series in part by Mad Men actor Jon Hamm’s production company Points West, Daniel Radcliffe plays a newly graduated doctor who tells stories about his experiences using his old notebooks. Jon Hamm also stars in the series, playing the older version of Daniel’s character, who narrates each episode.
