MuggleNet SnitchCenter is ready for the 2013-2014 aeason – are you?

The 2013-2014 Muggle Quidditch season is underway, and MuggleNet’s SnitchCenter is excited to cover the upcoming season. To help kick off the season, the University of Minnesota Gopher Quidditch team (@gopherquidditch), an OFFICIAL team of the International Quidditch Association (IQA), created this entertaining, educational, animated Quidditch video explaining the concept of Quidditch for those who are not familiar of the Muggle Quidditch version.

As we reported earlier, the Quidditch World Cup will be taking place in North Myrtle Beach, SC on the weekend of April 5-6. There are new ground rules for the teams that will qualify for this coming year’s World Cup, including the new dynamic that there will be 80 Division I teams and NO Division II teams competing.
