Regional Championship events for Muggle Quidditch announced in most regions

MuggleNet SnitchCenter is definitely excited for this 2013-2014 Muggle Quidditch season to build momentum toward what will be the most exciting Quidditch World Cup in the history of the International Quidditch Association next April.

In order to qualify for the Quidditch World Cup, many teams will need to do well in their respective Regional Championships. The tournaments are scheduled to take place as follows:

  • Midwest: October 26-27 in Rockford, IL
  • Northeast: November 16-17 in Rochester, NY
  • Mid-Atlantic: November 23-24 in Leesburg, VA
  • West: November 23-24 in Tempe, AZ
  • Oceania: November 30-December 1 at University of Western Sydney
  • Southwest: February 22-23 in Tulsa, OK
  • Eastern Canada: bids under review
  • European: bids under review
  • South: bids under review

ALL of the teams in each Regional Championship Tournament need your support. If you have not seen a Muggle Quidditch tournament, yet, be sure to check out one of the regionals near you. These are events that you will never forget!
