How did you become a Harry Potter fan?

I became a Harry Potter fan when I was thirteen. At the time I was very ill with anorexia, depression and other issues and was in a mental health unit. While there I was waiting for an appointment and saw Harry Potter and the Philosopher[‘]s Stone on the bookcase and picked it up, deciding to skim through it until my appointment. I was instantly hooked! I gathered the rest of the books within the week and read until “All was well”! The rest is history! J.K. Rowling has even written to me personally!

Describe what being part of the Harry Potter fandom has meant to you in seven words or less.

A world where I really belong.

What do you think you might see if given the chance to look into the Mirror of Erised?

I think I would see just me healthy and happy with friends and family. (And maybe a hippogriff and a house[-]elf in the background!)

If you could have one prop from the set of the films, which would it be?

Definitely the [I]nvisibility [C]loak, just to have a break every now and again from the world!
