Firewhisky arrives at Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter!

Last Friday night, the Hog’s Head pub at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, along with the Leaky Cauldron at Universal Studios Florida, began serving Blishen’s Firewhisky to theme park guests looking to try something with more of a kick than Butterbeer. Featured in several of the Harry Potter books, the drink is noted for causing a burning sensation in addition to giving courage to its drinker. The real-world version is cinnamon-flavored and served in plain plastic cups, but recent trademarks applications by Warner Bros. (as uncovered by theme park fan site Behind the Thrills) could be a sign of souvenir shot glasses and other branded merchandise to come.

Check out one of the trademark filings below, followed by a close-up shot (courtesy of Twitter user @Parkscope) of a Blishen’s bottle featuring the themed label.

Will you be taking a shot or two of Firewhisky on your next visit to Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley?
