“Fantastic Beasts” Interactive Books to Be Released!

It has been revealed today that Walker Books in the UK,  alongside Walker Books in Australia and Candlewick Press in the US, will be releasing a series of interactive Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them children’s books to tie in with the movie release this coming November.

Here are some more details about the release.

Walker Books UK signed a sublicence agreement with Insight Editions, which has the rights to a global publishing program based on J K Rowling’s [w]izarding [w]orld and Warner Bros Consumer Products. The agreement is for ‘several’ titles in novelty and interactive formats that go behind the scenes of the film, and publication will start this October.

The interactive series will be aimed at a younger audience. As we reported previously, Scholastic in the UK will also be releasing movie tie-in books, and Little, Brown in the UK, with Scholastic in the US, will be releasing the official script in November.
