Coming to a Netflix Near You – September Edition

It’s time once again to check out what Netflix will have in store for us in the month of September, starring various Potter alumni. Find out below what’s arriving and when:

September 1:

  • Cats & Dogs (starring Miriam Margoyles – Professor Sprout)
  • Sweeney Todd (starring Helena Bonham Carter, Alan Rickman, Timothy Spall, and Jamie Campbell Bower – young Gellert Grindelwald. Imelda Staunton and Emma Thompson have also starred in stage productions of the famous musical, both portraying the character of Mrs. Lovett.)

September 7:

  • Galavant: Seasons 1 & 2 (starring Luke Youngblood – Lee Jordan)

September 17:

  • Penny Dreadful: Season 3 (Helen McCrory – Narcissa Malfoy – starred in Seasons 1 & 2)

September 22:

  • Wallander: Season 4 (starring Sir Kenneth Branagh – Gilderoy Lockhart)

September 28:

  • The Imitation Game (on which graphic designer team MinaLima worked)

 

While the above list arrives, keep an eye out for Shanghai Knights (starring Madam Pomfrey actress Gemma Jones) since it is due to leave on September 4.
