Time-Turners Ready: A New Round of “Cursed Child” Tickets Is Coming!

by Alison Siggard · April 11, 2017

Grab your Galleons and set your hooting owl alarm: A new round of tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has just been announced!

This new release of tickets will be for May 2, 2018, through July 22, 2018 (yes, over a full year from now!). Additionally, both parts of the play on July 15, 2018, will be audio described, and both parts on July 21, 2018, will be captioned to provide access for those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty understanding spoken language.

This round of tickets will go on sale April 25, 2017, at 11 a.m. BST (check your time zone conversions!). If you’ve been following ticket sales (or desperately entering the Friday Forty for the past year), you know that these tickets sell out fast, so grab them while you can! Tickets start at 15 GBP for each part.

Since it has been confirmed that the original principle cast will be replaced starting May 24, 2017, it seems likely that the newly announced cast will be performing this new round of tickets, unless those contracts are also only for a year. For those closer to the United States who might be debating about buying these tickets, it might be good to keep in mind that the show will be coming to Broadway next spring as well.

Here’s to hoping we can make these Time-Turners go forward in time!

Will you be getting tickets in this new release? Let us know in the comments.
