Daniel Radcliffe: The Angel?

by Megan Fischer · May 17, 2017

Daniel Radcliffe: The Boy Who Can’t Be Stopped!

Dan has sure been busy over in London, starring in the production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, as well as recently being cast in an action-comedy, Guns Akimbo. All his work leaves us with the question: Is there anything DanRad can’t do?

We’ll soon find out! Deadline Hollywood has reported that Dan is heading stateside to star alongside Owen Wilson in a television show called Miracle Workers on TBS!

Dan’s role will be as an angel (a fitting role) who is responsible for all of humanity’s prayers. Owen Wilson will portray Dan’s boss, a.k.a. God.

Brett Weitz, executive vice president of original programming for TBS, expressed his excitement for the new tv series.

Having Daniel Radcliffe and Owen Wilson join the TBS family is proof of the continued evolution of this comedy brand as the home of the most creative minds in the business…Daniel’s performance in last year’s Swiss Army Man really proved that there’s a sophisticated comedian under the surface of those brilliant dramatic chops.

One thing is for certain – we can’t wait to see Dan’s debut in American television!

The series does not have a set premiere date but is slated to air in 2018!
