Now you can bid on a shirt donated by Radcliffe to help provide training and therapy for children with permanent hearing loss. As part of its Loud Shirt Day promotion, Auditory Verbal UK is auctioning loud shirts donated and autographed by celebrity supporters.
Loud Shirt Day raises awareness of the struggles of children in the UK who are deaf and raises money for Auditory Verbal UK by “Getting loud to create a sound future for deaf children.” The annual event was held on June 16, 2017, when groups across the UK dressed in their loudest shirts and held a variety of fundraisers for the charity. The fun and fundraising continues with a celebrity loud shirt auction via eBay. In addition to Daniel Radcliffe, celebrity supporters include Mel C, Paloma Faith, Dame Evelyn Glennie, Matt Lucas, Annie Mac, Maisie Williams, Robin Windsor, Mark Wright, and Will Young. The Karmakula Hawaiian shirt donated by Radcliffe is a bright red with a pattern of green and yellow hibiscus flowers and blue foliage – and of course, the autograph!
