Emma Watson Takes Over “Vogue” Australia

In a year where social change is taking center stage, the one and only Emma Watson is using one of the world’s most popular magazines, Vogue, as one of her platforms to bring the world together.

Emma was brought on board the Vogue team to be a guest editor for Australia’s March 2018 issue of Vogue. She offered her sincere thanks to the magazine for giving her the opportunity to share her voice with the world, calling it an “editing dream come true.”

In this coming issue, readers can probably expect stories from Emma and columns of inspiring words to motivate every reader to jump on the train to positive social change. Emma does recognize that the word “change” may be a bit scary to some, but she implores that even the smallest amount of change can do a world of good.

The word ‘change’ can be intimidating, riddled with expectation of outcomes and fear of failure. So I want to propose something to you: when steering a boat, a captain can shift the wheel one degree and it drastically changes the course of the boat. I would like to challenge you, after reading this issue, to make a one-degree shift, because a small change can make a huge difference.
