Illustrated “Chamber of Secrets” Is Coming to Paperback

We learned last year that the illustrated editions of the Harry Potter books would be released in paperback, and now we have the date for the release of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets!

As with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, the illustrated paperback edition of Chamber of Secrets will only include a selection of the illustrations included in the hardcover edition. Bloomsbury estimates the paperback version will have 60% of the illustrations included in the hardcover version. If the hardcover copy was just too large for you to read, the paperback one is sure to be the perfect fit.

 

 

This edition of Chamber of Secrets will be released on August 22 and will include a pull-out poster of Diagon Alley. You can preorder the paperback Chamber of Secrets here.

Bloomsbury has also confirmed that the cover art for the illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire will be revealed soon! Goblet of Fire will be published on October 8. What would you love to see on the cover?
