Prefects and Junior Prefects Online Harry Potter Group

Young kids everywhere are still inspired by the Harry Potter story. The Prefects and Junior Prefects discussion group encourages kids from ages eight to eighteen to think critically and creatively about the world they’ve read about. The group session will be hosted on Zoom on December 19 at 1:00 p.m. ET. Registration is free for everyone. For more information, check the event website. 

 

A Day in Hogsmeade

Get a glimpse at the wonder of Hogsmeade with a virtual tour, games, crafts, and an opportunity to learn how to make special homemade treats. Starting at 4:00 p.m. ET on December 19, the 90-minute session allows kids from ages seven to eleven to explore a new side of Hogsmeade. Registration starts at $15. Harry Potter Winter Carnival

Winter is just about here, and with it comes festivals and carnivals. If you live in Bremerton, Washington, then you’re in luck. The Harry Potter Winter Carnival will be in full swing on December 21, starting at 11:00 a.m. PT. Kids of all ages are invited to enjoy the day. Virtual Crafts

If anything fun comes out of quarantine, it’ll be the ability to craft and create like Mrs. Weasley. Put those skills to the test with a virtual session of crafting some Harry Potter–inspired wands. The Ultimate Harry Potter Quiz: Christmas Edition

Challenge yourself to a Christmas edition of Harry Potter trivia. The Ultimate Harry Potter Quiz: Christmas Edition features extra-hard questions from the book series. The hosts of the event insist that players have a few of their friends on standby in case the questions prove to be too much for even the smartest Ravenclaw. The event will start on December 28 at 11:00 a.m. PT on Facebook Live. Registration is free and available to everyone. For more information, check the event website.
