“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” Toronto: FAN EXPO Canada and Hogwarts House Pride Nights

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in Toronto has some exciting events coming up, including being at FAN EXPO Canada this month and the launch of four Hogwarts House Pride Nights in November.

At this year’s FAN EXPO Canada, which is taking place August 25–28, you’ll be able to watch cast members from the Canadian production of Cursed Child on a panel called Journey to the Stage with the Canadian Cast, where you can learn about how they brought the eighth Potter story to life onstage in Toronto, which opened back in May. The panel will take place on August 26, and autograph and photo opportunities will be available afterward.

Potter fans in Canada are in for another treat; Hogwarts House Pride Nights, an exciting opportunity for those attending to don their House colors and represent their House with pride, are coming to the Mirvish Theatre this November. Grab your robes and be ready for an evening of celebrations with your fellow Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs, or Slytherins.

While there, you can buy butterbeer, Wizarding World baked goods, and confectionary items from the lobby and discover photo opportunities throughout the theater. Plus, you can take part in a live Wizarding World trivia contest, a scavenger hunt, and a House Pride costume contest for the chance to win a prize.

The weekly performances are taking place in November, so be sure to check you pick the correct evening to celebrate alongside your Housemates. All performances will start at 7:00 p.m., on November 2 for Gryffindors, November 9 for Hufflepuffs, November 16 for Ravenclaws, and November 23 for Slytherins, and you can book your tickets online now. Will you be visiting Toronto’s Mirvish Theatre to represent your House?
