Review and Giveaway: Win a “Harry Potter” Magical Merch Bundle from FUN.com!
There are lots of options in the Muggle world for fans to purchase licensed Potter merch to add to their collection. It seems like new items appear every day and our vaults aren’t nearly as stocked with Galleons as we might like, which is why ordinary Muggles who aren’t independently wealthy have to be very careful when choosing which products to purchase.
FUN.com has a wide variety of products that allow the stretching of nearly every Muggle’s budget to bring home one or two magical items, and we were only too happy to review a few of those products and help give away a bundle to a lucky reader!
Two of the items included in this international giveaway were sent to us for review, and honestly, I couldn’t have been more pleased when they arrived. Shipping happened so quickly, and both items were wrapped really well. My speedy delivery included a 20 oz. Harry Potter lightning bolt ceramic mug and a set of Hogwarts crest coasters. Take a look!

The coasters were not what I was expecting – very lightweight, with a cork backing but a foil-embossed front that features each Hogwarts House crest in its main color and other details in gold foil. I was a bit upset that the textured box was hard to get into – I ended up ripping it to get to the coasters, and it was such a nice box too!
The lighting bolt mug is so unique and I was over the moon to have received it for review! I have never seen a mug like this before, with the indentation of the lightning bolt. I don’t normally drink hot liquids that would call for a mug like this, but I will definitely be using this new mug to enhance my new love of green tea! Another reason I adore this mug is that it looks hand-painted. You can see the brush strokes on the mug, where some of the red is darker in places and lighter in others. While some may feel it looks a bit rough or unfinished, to me it looks like it was made personally, just for me, and I really like the thought of that!
