Ingredients
  

  • ice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1/2 oz. crème de violette liqueur

Instructions
 

  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into coupe glass.

Notes

  • This recipe does use raw egg whites. A vegan version could be made by replacing the egg whites with aquafaba.
  • This is an alcoholic drink and not intended for minors.
