MinaLima Announces 2023 Release of “Prisoner of Azkaban” Illustrated Edition

The graphic design powerhouse MinaLima has announced that a new masterpiece is in the works. The artistic duo, Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, took to Twitter on Tuesday to address and affirm rumors of the project, which is an illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. “For those of you that were wondering, it is indeed true,” said Mina in the video. “We are currently working on that book, and it will be published next year.”

 

 

The announcement prompted much rejoicing in the comments of fans anxious to add the new edition to their collections. MinaLima released their special edition of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone back in 2020, and the illustrated Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets hit the shelves the following year. The two were received with much acclaim, and anticipation has grown for the next book’s release.

Each MinaLima-illustrated book comes alive with full-color designs in their characteristic style that grace almost every page. MinaLima sets itself apart in these illustrated editions with the inclusion of interactive elements, such as a foldout depiction of Diagon Alley in Sorcerer’s Stone and a turntable feature showing a Polyjuice Potion transformation in Chamber of Secrets.
