Pumpkin is an ingredient in some of the most memorable dishes in the entire Harry Potter series. From pumpkin juice to pumpkin pasties, these fruits seem to be a key ingredient in some of the most deliciously sweet-and-spicy dishes in the wizarding world. This Mini Pumpkin Pie Croissant recipe was sent to us by Gabriella. She came across this delicious recipe on Shaken Together and thought that Potter fans would enjoy a twist on one of their favorite pumpkin treats.
