Acid Pops

These treats hail straight from the Hogwarts Express trolley. While these Acid Pops won’t really burn a hole through your tongue, they are another great treat to enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 lollipops (sour recommended)
  • 4 packets Pop Rocks any flavor
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Unwrap lollipops. Place Pop Rocks into a shallow bowl.
  • In a small bowl, heat honey in microwave for 20–30 seconds. The hotter the honey, the thinner it will get.
  • Coat lollipops in honey and roll in Pop Rocks.
  • Set lollipops on wax paper to dry.

Notes

  • If your honey crystallizes, put the sealed jar in a pot of hot water and heat it until it’s liquid again. (Let all the crystals dissolve or the whole thing will recrystallize quickly.)
