The Magic Returns: Full-Cast Harry Potter Audiobook Arrives on Audible

The wait is over: Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone – The Full-Cast Audio Edition has officially arrived on Audible today, marking the start of an exciting new era for the Wizarding World. Unlike any previous adaptation, this reimagined version features a massive ensemble of actors, each lending unique voices to beloved characters. The project is a collaboration between Pottermore Publishing and Audible and is said to be “immersive”, featuring not only distinct voices but sound effects and original music.

Who is in the cast?

At the helm is narrator Cush Jumbo OBE, guiding listeners through the story alongside a talented cast: Frankie Treadaway as Harry Potter, Max Lester as Ron Weasley, and Arabella Stanton (yes, that Arabella Stanton!) as Hermione Granger lead the golden trio. They’re joined by Matthew Macfadyen as Voldemort, Hugh Laurie as Dumbledore, and Riz Ahmed, Michelle Gomez, and Mark Addy among many other familiar names.

Pottermore and Audible have also published the complete cast list, from the Sorting Hat to Umbridge.
