RUMOR: Daniel Radcliffe to star in “Young Americans”

A rumor is flying around that Daniel Radcliffe will be starring in a film called Young Americans alongside Kill Your Darlings co-star Dane DeHann. No official announcements have been made, yet, and the IMDb page is rather scarce of information.

Kill Your Darlings director John Krokidas is linked to the project, after having been announced as the director for upcoming YA project Wonder. Here’s what we know:

He’s attached to direct Young Americans, which will reunite him with Radcliffe and De Haan, and he recently turned in his rewrite (with Austin Bunn) of High Rise for Fox 2000.

It is rumored that Daniel will play Lee Atwater. The only summary on IMDb tells us,

A young Karl Rove vies for the position of chief campus conservative under the guidance of Lee Atwater.
