“Harry Potter”-Inspired Starbucks Drinks

by Monet Polny · May 31, 2019

If the wizarding world had a Starbucks, what kind of magical drinks would they sell? Or better yet, what if Muggles could incorporate magical foods into their Starbucks drinks? Either way, these delicious, mystical drinks are all new flavors that need to be explored! Imagine if we could take the autumn flavor in Pumpkin Pasties and turn it into a smooth Starbucks latte. Give your morning coffee a boost with some firewhisky added! These are recipes that need to be real!

Pumpkin Pasty Latte

Pumpkin Pasties are classic wizarding world treats. They’re filled to the brim with fresh pumpkin and wrapped in a buttery crust. If the flavors of a Pumpkin Pasty were infused into a latte, it would have a strong cinnamon and nutty aroma. The rich pumpkin treat would be perfect to enjoy during autumn. This divine drink would combine steamed milk with pumpkin filling, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice.

Cauldron Cake Frappuccino

Are you in the mood for chocolatey deliciousness? Look no further than a Cauldron Cake frappuccino! This recipe is perfect for fans of classic chocolate desserts. The indulgent dessert would be stupendous as a thick frappuccino drink. The Cauldron Cake frappuccino would have a creme base blended with milk and ice. To obtain the Cauldron Cake flavor, a mixture of semisweet and dark chocolate syrup would be incorporated into the drink. Topped with whipped cream and orange and green sprinkles, the frappuccino would look just like a cauldron!

Sherbet Lemon Tea

If you’re looking for a simple and soothing drink to make, this special tea is it! This is a fresh take on classic lemon tea. Sherbet lemon is a common candy in the United Kingdom, and it is even a favorite of Dumbledore’s! This tea would have a fun, zesty flavor for those who don’t like sweet teas. One variation on it could be mixing some sugar into the hot tea after it has been prepared if you don’t prefer such a strong flavor. To be made into a tea, sherbet lemon candies would be heated in a saucepan and then incorporated into a lemon tea of your choice. This is just one of the ways that this beloved candy could be made into a drink.

Firewhisky Coffee

Source

Firewhisky is an alcoholic wizarding drink, and we don’t know its exact flavor, only that it’s a popular choice. The drink could be made non-alcoholic and used to give a boost to your regular coffee routine. The firewhisky could provide an unusual orange and ginger taste since we imagine that it is quite tangy. The combination of the coffee beans with the citrus flavors would be a new recipe for Starbucks, its magical flavors too good to be true!

Fizzing Whizbees Coffee

Source

If you’re searching for other new coffee flavors, the Fizzing Whizbees candy from Honeydukes is a colorful treat with magical properties. It’s not often that candies levitate as these do! They are made with sherbet and covered in powder. Our best guess for the flavor is that it’s either sweet apple or strawberry since the candies are usually bright red. As an apple-flavored candy, it would make a warm and comforting coffee infusion, ideal for a chilly day. This sweet candy flavor would be another alternative to the traditional coffee blend found at Starbucks.
