Fan Focus: Anne – August 18, 2021
In the latest Fan Focus, MuggleNet is happy to introduce a Hufflepuff from Southern California named Anne. As a Harry Potter fan, she had a custom-made Harry Potter-themed birthday cake made by a friend.
How did you become a Wizarding World fan?
My dad took me to see the first movie when it came out, [Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone], and I was maybe nine years old. [Then] I read the books after that and fell in love. I was [also] a student at Cal Poly Pomona and took a Harry Potter English class during the fall 2020 semester. It was a LOT of fun! I’m a Hufflepuff, and it was awesome to get to meet and work with other Hufflepuffs.
If you could have one prop from the set of Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts, what would it be?
I’m not sure. I’ve never thought about it. A broom, maybe.
Which non-wizarding world character(s) would you choose to be in your Hogwarts dorm?
[I would choose] Mikaela Stone from [the show] Manifest.What Muggle device you would bring to wizarding school?
My phone.
What would your Patronus be and why?
[A] Mountain Hare. Because that’s what [the] Pottermore [website] said.If you could spend a day with a character from Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts, who would it be and why?
Severus Snape, because I love him.
