Ascendio’s first day to include wrock, programming and more

This afternoon, HPEF announced that a series of wizard rock concerts will be taking place on the first day of their next Harry Potter conference, “Ascendio 2012.” Some bands have been announced now, and we have it on good authority that many more will be announced this winter. Additionally, programming (such as discussion panels and activity workgroups) will happen at Ascendio on that day.

Previously, July 12 (the first day of their conference) included meetups and registration, but the decision to add more events also resulted in a Thursday-only day pass now being offered.

Ascendio has some really great deals on individual day passes, which allow you access to their inside-the-Universal-park event, or full registrations including “Merlin’s Circle” – which has up to six separate dining events and all special events included.

Regardless of what package you decide on, MuggleNet and MuggleCast will have several meetups and events going on throughout the conference. If you haven’t registered yet, please do so via this link and let them know MuggleNet sent you!
