Submitted Fan Art: Hermione and the Burrow Sketches

Artists are versatile; they can become inspired and are willing to work with multiple mediums. This time around we are featuring a fan, Jan, who submitted two individual works of art to us. The first piece, a portrait of Hermione, is done with graphite pencils. The second fan art is a watercolor sketch of the Burrow.

Staff member’s notes: Jan did an amazing job with the the highlights and deep shadows on Hermione’s hair to present the beautiful and flowing aspects of it. As for the other piece, it is always interesting to see how a fan interprets their own version of an iconic place such as the Burrow.
