Lattes, Frappucinos, and… Amortentia? “Harry Potter”-Themed Starbucks Opens at SDCC
San Diego Comic-Con has ended, but the geeky spirit lingers. It was certainly hard for a Starbucks near the convention center to resist since they decked out the whole cafe in Harry Potter theme.
Undesirable #1 posters and wall art of Dementors and the golden trio covered the walls, and the door was covered with a curtain painted like a brick wall to give the store a Platform 9 3/4 vibe. The menu was even transfigured into a list of potions you could order, like butterbeer, Polyjuice Potion, and Amortentia! Check out some of the photos below:
It was so much fun to keep refreshed and hydrated at SDCC without leaving the Harry Potter community! We can’t wait to see what themed restaurants pop up next year!
