Butterbeer by Feast of Fiction

Feast of Fiction
This is one of three butterbeer recipes found in Feast of Fiction's video. In the video, they make three versions: chilled, slushy, and warm.

Ingredients
  

Foam

  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. butter flavoring artificial

Butterbeer

  • 2 cups cream soda
  • 1 Tbsp. butter flavoring artificial
  • 1 Tbsp. butterscotch syrup

Instructions
 

Foam

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk together until soft peaks form (2–4 minutes with an electric mixer).
  • Set foam aside in refrigerator to chill.

Butterbeer

  • Gently pour cream soda into a frosted mug.
  • Add butter flavoring and butterscotch syrup. Stir.
  • Top with foam and serve.

Notes

  • Before you begin, place your mug in the freezer.
  • The cream has reached soft peaks when the whip is pulled from the cream and a peak folds over itself but doesn't disappear back into the mass.
