Harry: “But I need to figure this egg out! Just give me one more hour.”

Harry is awakened by the high-pitched screech of his fancy new alarm egg.

They annoyed him at first, but Harry eventually developed a taste for merpeople songs.

The security egg that Ginny had placed in Harry’s room seemed to be exceptionally fond of filming him in his sleep.

Harry: “Okay, time to figure out this egg clue.”
Egg: (opens and begins playing “Never Gonna Give You Up”)

Ron: “What d’you reckon it is?”
Harry: “I don’t know. It sounds a bit like the Howler you received after we crashed the flying car. Maybe angering your mother is the next task.”
Ron: “Bloody hell. That’d be even more dangerous than the dragon!”

Wizarding clocks keep getting weirder and weirder.

Harry: (closes the egg) “If I wanted to hear some screeching, I would talk to Lavender.”

The other boys teased him for it, but Harry couldn’t sleep without his night-light, and he didn’t care who knew it.

Arthur had given Harry what he insisted was an “authentic Muggle lava lamp,” but Harry wasn’t sure.

Egg: “Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line.”

Harry: “Egg, egg, on the wall, who will go with Cho to the ball?”
Egg: “…”
Harry: “Eh, worth a try.”

Just like Siri, Harry had the Egg.
Harry: “Hey, Egg, where is a good restaurant in the area?”
Egg: “The nearest is the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade.”
—Not Snape

Egg: (plays “Moonlight Sonata”)
Harry: “Wait, aren’t you supposed to scream?”
Egg: (screams)
Harry: “…”
